Hi, I am facing problem when i try to open User account or User account types or Switching user help page under "Learn about" in User Account. The page always open blank.I am using Windows XP Embedded and got my image done through Target designer. I had installed "Help centre and Service" and "Help and support" component but still the problem persist. I can run helpctr.exe without any problem and more over the "help and support" service is running normally.Looking forward for any solution on this.Nitin

Hi nsrivast, 1. Have you made any recent changes on the computer?2. When was the last time it was working fine? This issue may occur if one or more of the Jscript registry key settings are incorrect.
